- Road conditions during the winter: snow, ice or plowed
- Road conditions during the summer: gravel
- Tire replacement garage (complete with tools) and lunch room is located at the test track

Brief site summary
Routevare is located some 7 km from central Jokkmokk with easy access from main roads. It is a 20-year old test facility with existing land tracks, access to ice testing, garage, hoists, offices with conveniences and a warehouse fitting 1,000 tyres.
Industry specific experience
Several major brands within the car and tyre test sector have been and are active within the Jokkmokk area, obviously for climatic and geographic reasons but also for the good and wide ranging overall supply capacity.
